Terry Webb
President, Owner
Eureka Metal and Glass Services, Inc.

Terry Webb was born and raised in Westwood, New Jersey.   His family moved to Pennsylvania in his high school years and he continues to call the Keystone State home today.   Upon graduating from high school in 1977, Mr. Webb attended Pennsylvania State University (PSU) to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

In addition to his studies at PSU, Mr. Webb held full time employment to pay his tuition during his college career.   He worked for the trust department in Mellon Bank NA in Pittsburgh in 1977, GTE Data Services in Erie, PA for two years starting in 1978 and Hunter College in New York City in 1980.   He also worked as a data lab technician for PSU as a student.

After graduating from PSU in 1980, Mr. Webb went to work as a systems programmer for Shared Medical Systems in Malvern, PA.   His primary duty was to write code for patient accounting systems used by hospitals.   That same year, he was presented with an opportunity to work for Eureka Glass, a Philadelphia glass installation company owned by his father-in-law.   Mr. Webb decided to accept the offer and then joined the apprenticeship program in Glaziers Local 252 (Philadelphia) to begin his career in the glazing industry.

In 1984, Mr. Webb's father-in-law assigned the supervision of Eureka's day-to-day affairs over to him.   In the course of the next ten years, Mr. Webb not only continued to serve in a primary management role, he also acquired equity in the company and ultimately assumed complete ownership in 1994.

Mr. Webb has served as a trustee for numerous funds in Local 252 (Philadelphia), including the Joint Apprenticeship Training Fund since 1988, the Pinpointing Fund since 1996 and the IUJATF since 1999.   He has served on the board of both the Amalgamated Glass Manufacturers Association   (the Philadelphia region employers association) since 1997, as well as the Upper Dublin Junior Athletic Association from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. Webb's true passion is coaching and he considers himself extremely fortunate to have coached over 70 seasons of boys and girls softball, baseball, soccer and basketball in Upper Dublin Township.

Mr. Webb continues to reside in the Philadelphia are with his wife, 3 children and 2 dogs.
